The Center for Organization Development, Management Learning Group has organized a five-day "Leadership Excellence Programme for the officials of Civil Service Hospital.” There are altogether 20 participants that comprises of heads of departments, unit heads, senior doctors, senior nurses and administration officers.
The opening ceremony was chaired by the Department head of Management Learning Group, Mr. Binod Kumar Bista and Center Chief of Center for Organizational Development, Ms. Anita Poudel as well as Executive Director of Civil Service Hospital, Prof. Dr. Mohan Chandra Regmi also graced the ceremony.
The opening session included a welcome to the participants, course briefing of the programme, and discussion on the importance of honing leadership skills among officials of the hospital.
Prof. Dr. Regmi thanked NASC for organizing the training programme on the requested time as per their training need. Also, he acknowledged his officials for allocating time from the busy schedule for this leadership enhancing training. Furthermore, Mr. Bista requested all the participants to engage actively through individual experiences in order to capitalize the learning and utilize the opportunity provided by the Civil Service Hospital.
This training is part of NASC’s continued commitment to strengthening managerial and leadership competencies across the public sector through focused, practical, and interactive learning modules.
