The three-day Training of Trainers Program for officials from public and private institutions commenced today (30 Shrawan 2081) with a formal inauguration. The ceremony was chaired by Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Senior Director of Studies and Head of the Department of Management Learning Group. The event also featured the presence of Mr. Uttam Acharya, Director of Studies and Centre Head of the Centre for Human Resource Management.
During the opening session, Mr. Acharya provided an overview of the course, emphasizing that although the training program is brief, its well-integrated sessions are designed to have a significant impact, equipping participants with the skills needed to effectively design and conduct training sessions.
The program's inauguration concluded with remarks from Mr. Bista, who welcomed all participants to the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC). He elaborated on NASC's role in enhancing the capacity of officials in both public and private institutions and extended his best wishes to all participants for a productive and successful training experience.
