The Training of Trainers program on Training Management and Facilitation Skills in collaboration with Karnali Province Training Academy (KPTA) for officials from both public and private organizations ended on November 24, 2023. Twenty officers (20) representing sixteen (16) diverse organizations participated in the program. The program was chaired by Mr Bishnu Prasad Koirala, Executive Director of the KPTA and Secretary of the Office of Chief Minister and Council of Ministers. Mr. Nabin Chapagain, Director of Studies, was also present at the graduation ceremony.
Ms Kalpana Poudel delivered remarks on behalf of the program participants. She expressed deep appreciation for the training, describing it as an exceptionally insightful experience. Participants gained valuable insights into various facets of training and honed their facilitation and training management skills. Ms Poudel thanked NASC, KPTA and UNDP for their meticulous program management.
Mr Bishnu Prasad Koirala congratulated all the participants. He highlighted that this training will enable participants to refresh their training knowledge and significantly improve their facilitation and management skills through practice and invaluable feedback. He thanked NASC for the unwavering support and looked forward to the future collaboration. Mr. Yubraj Neupane hosted the formal event.
