Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD)- 2 at Janaki Hall ended on 22nd September 2022. Twenty-eight second class officers of Government Organizations of Nepal completed the program in first division. The event was chaired by Dr. Rajan Khanal, Executive Director of NASC. Senior Director of Studies Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel and Director of Studies Mr. Binod Kumar Bista were also present in the ceremony. The event was hosted by Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta.
Mr. Dipak Thapa spoke on behalf of the participants and stated that the training has been very insightful. He emphasized that all the modules have been very helpful in translating theoretical knowledge to practical and analyze the problem from the ground level. He appreciated the training contents and overall management of the programme.
Mr Sigdel expressed that the feedback given by the participants will be incorporated in designing the future programs. He also put forward his expectation that the trainees will use the learnings from the training back in their work. 
Dr Khanal congratulated the participants. He shared that this program enabled the participants to introspect and interact with each other and the facilitators. He reiterated that this program focused on enhancing the knowledge, polishing the skills and making the behavioral changes to make an impact. He hopes that this program will trigger the participants to take initiations to change the behavior and way of thinking so that it creates a ripple effect. This batch of ACMD was managed by Mr Anil Kumar Gupta and Ms Antovna Gyawali.
