The Management Learning Group commenced the Joint Capacity Development Planning Programme with the participation of 22 HR officials from various public and private institutions.
The program is expected to foster collaboration among HR professionals, promote knowledge sharing, and support the development of effective and practical capacity development plans tailored to the needs of different institutions. The participants actively contributed to the discussions by sharing their insights, experiences, and perspectives on improving HR practices across their respective organizations.
