Leadership Advancement Program (LeAP) , Commences for Newly Appointed Class-II Officers

The five days "Leadership Advancement Program (LeAP)" officially commenced today at Rara Hall, Dikshya Sadan of Nepal Administrative Staff College. Organized for newly appointed Class-II Officers (Under Secretaries), this intensive five-day training program is designed to sharpen the  leadership skills and cultivate professional networks across diverse government sectors.

During the opening ceremony, Mr. Trilochan Pokharel, Head of the Public Service Training Department (PSTD), congratulated the officers on their advancement from Section Officers. He emphasized that, with their new roles, the participants now carry greater responsibilities as Under Secretaries. He encouraged them to explore ways to align their career paths with public service while embracing greater responsibility and accountability.

A total of 44 participants are attending the program from the Nepal Judicial Service, Nepal Administration Service (Revenue, Administration, and Accounts), Federal Parliament Service, and Audit Service.
