The 15 days Leadership Excellence Programme for Class I and Class II officers of Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA) has been commenced today (2079/09/11) with the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was chaired by Senior Director of Studies Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel. Mr. Pramod Niroula hosted the program and welcome all the 20 participants. In his opening remarks, Mr. Sigdel briefly gave the overview of course. He mentioned that the course of Leadership Excellence Program was designed based on the managerial competencies required for organizational transformation. He wishes all the best to the participants and request them to make best out of their experience at NASC. The training is coordinated Ms. Anita Poudel, Mr. Pramod Niroula and Ms. Chandni Kayastha.
