January 31, Lalitpur. Learning Organization and Knowledge management (LO&KM) training for the officials of Public Organizations starts on Tuesday in Bagmati Hall, Mangal Sadan at Nepal Administrative Staff College. The training program started with the opening ceremony in the presence of Management Learning Group Department Head Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel (Senior Director of Studies), and Centre chief of Centre for Knowledge Management and Information Technology (CKMIT) Mr. Trilochan Poudyal (Director of Studies).
Director of Studies Mr. Poudyal welcomed the participants while sharing the context, need for the training, design aspects, and course outline and learning approaches.
During his welcome speech, Senior Director of Studies Mr. Sigdel shared the rationale behind designing the program. He further elaborated on the relevance of this training in the organizational development process.
Training and Research Officer Mr. Shashi Shekhar Acharya facilitated the opening ceremony along with the training management team members, Ms. Shital Tamang, and Mr. Ashutosh Neupane. 19 officers from different public enterprises are participating in the training.
