A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) and Kathmandu University School of Arts (KUSOA), Hattiban, Lalitpur on 18 March 2021. The objective of MoU is to establish a public-academic partnership framework for contributing high quality research for evidence-based policy and developing and utilizing professional management resources and practices through the use of each other’s institutional strengths, experiences ad resources that will eventually strengthen research and management capacity in the country for its social, cultural and economic transformation.
Dr. Rajan Khanal, Executive Director was signatory for NASC while Prof. Dr. Sagar Raj Sharma was signatory for KUSOA.
