A Seven-Day Induction Training Programme for the newly appointed Assistant Managers of Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) was formally inaugurated on Magh 12, 2082, Monday at Prithivi Hall, Dikshya Sadan, jointly organized by the Public Service Training Department (PSTD) of the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) and NBL.
The opening ceremony was graced by senior leadership of Nepal Bank Limited including Mr. Tilak Raj Pandeya, Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Hom Bahadur Khadka, Deputy Chief Executive Officer; Ms. Prativa Dongol, Assistant Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Tejendra Regmi, Head, Training and Development Division; and Mr. Kamal Regmi, Manager, Training and Development Division.
During the ceremony, Mr. Tilak Raj Pandeya, CEO of Nepal Bank Limited, formally handed over the Letters of Appointment to the newly appointed Assistant Managers. In his address, he shared his expectations from the new entrants, encouraging them to sharpen their skills in the day-to-day operations of the bank and to develop a strong understanding of the national economy in order to contribute meaningfully to institutional growth and financial stability.
Ms. Prativa Dongol, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, administered the oath to the newly appointed Trainee Officers, marking their official entry into the professional cadre of the bank.
Welcoming the participants on behalf of PSTD and NASC, Mr. Trilochan Pokharel, Senior Director of Studies and Head of Department, Public Service Training Department, emphasized the importance of cultivating a learning-oriented mindset. He highlighted that continuous learning and professional discipline are essential for enhancing service quality and strengthening public trust in financial institutions.
