The course is a 32-day professional development program designed to strengthen the managerial, leadership, and professional competencies of government officials, enabling them to effectively address emerging challenges in public administration and enhance public service delivery.
A total of 25 participants representing different service groups and various Government of Nepal organizations have enrolled in the program. Throughout the 32-day course, participants will engage in a range of interactive learning sessions, practical exercises, discussions, and experiential learning activities aimed at enhancing their knowledge, skills, and professional effectiveness.
The opening session was facilitated by Ms. Ashma Bidari, Course Coordinator, who welcomed the participants, provided an overview of the course objectives, structure, and expectations, and formally commenced the program. The opening ceremony was followed by a participant socialization session, and a premises visit to familiarize participants with the College’s facilities and learning environment.
