The second lot of Professional Course on Management and Development (PCMD – 2) for the fiscal year 2078/79 started on Shrawan 7th, 2078. This course is an in-service training designed for Class III officers of the government of Nepal. There are thirty trainees representing diverse public institutions of the country.
Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal, head of the Public Service Training Department, welcomed the participants and encouraged them to best utilize the opportunity to learn more knowledge, skill, and attitude so as to better perform in their job. Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, chief of the Centre for In-service Training, also underscored the importance of the training program and wished the participants a very interactive learning experience at NASC.
Mr. Bikash Neupane, a member of the Program Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (PMEC) thoroughly briefed about the evaluation criteria, and Mr. Bipin Ojha, a member of the Centre for Knowledge Management and Information Technology (CKMIT) technically oriented the participants about using of the online platform.
