A two-day program on 'Strategic Management Action Learning Project' and 'Policy Capstone Project' progress sharing presentation has started in Dhulikhel from today (Poush 29th). Participants of 44th Senior Executive Development Programme (SEDP) are being engaged in the program to share their progress on the assignment of Strategic Management and Policy Management module with senior faculties of NASC.
On the first day, five groups presented their progress on strategy making of five different government/public organizations. Senior faculties that include the Executive Director of NASC Dr Rajan Khanal, Senior Director of Studies Mr Basanta Raj Sigdel, Senior Director of Studies Mr Tulasi Sharan Sigdel, and Director of Studies Mr Binod Kumar Bista facilitated with their suggestions on progress of participants. Strategic Management module lead and Senior Director of studies Mr Basanta Raj Sigdel facilitated the program for the first day.
Participants will be engaged in progress sharing and discussion of the policy module tomorrow, the second day. Similar to Strategic Management Module, participants are divided into five groups assigned with five different policy issues.
The program is scheduled to conclude tomorrow with the closing remarks from the Executive Director Dr Khanal.
Director of Studies Mr Binod Kumar Bista is hosting, and Training & Research Officer Mr Bipin Ojha is coordinating the event.
