The third Professional Course on management and Development (PCMD) started on Shrawan 11, 2078 has concluded in Ashoj 05, 2078 in virtual mode. Twenty-nine participants graduated through the training program in first division with Mr. Anil Pokhrel becoming the group topper. Executive director Dr. Rajan Khanal and Deputy Executive Director of NASC Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal were present as distinguished guests on the program. Mr. Dibakar Bhujel put the overall review and feedback on the training program from the participant’s side with suggestions of incorporating Policy Proposal preparation and diversity management in the training course. Mr. Lamsal congratulated the participants for completing the training program and suggested to reflect the knowledge and skills gained in their behavior and attitude in the enhancement of public service delivery of GoN. Dr. Khanal also congratulated the participants and suggested them to reflect their learning in the service delivery with a beautiful quote from Zen philosophy “When the student is ready, the teacher appears”. Both the distinguished guests wished the participants for bright future and good health. They also thanked the coordinators Dr. Shyan Kirat Rai and Mr. Nabin Chapagain for supporting the participants throughout the program and the IT team of NASC for their effort in fluent conduction of the virtual training program.
