Opening Ceremony of “Professional Course on Management and Development (PCMD-4)” for Class-III (equivalent) Officers of Government Organizations commenced on 28 Shrawan 2081 at Bheri Hall. The program started with a brief about the course and introduced the Course Coordinator by Dr. Shyan Kirat Rai. Mr. Ganesh Kumar Sah is the Course Coordinator of PCMD-4.
